Refund policy


After 9 days of receiving your new eyewear, you may return your frames and lenses for a full instore credit. If you made a mistake during your order, or just don't like your new eyewear, you may receive a 100% instore credit to choose a new frame within the 9 day period of receiving your new eyewear.

For manufacturing errors, we provide a 60-day replacement warranty on frames and lenses by a highly trained Hunter and Parks eyewear technician. Manufacturing defects with lens coating or frame hinges coming apart, will be remade after sent back to Hunter & Parks at no charge.

Please note, Hunter and Parks does not repair frames outside of warranty.

If you are shipping frames back to Hunter & Parks for inspection, we will thoroughly inspect your eye wear and will email the inspection details to you in 3 to 4 Business Days.
